Waggy Trails Dorking Commitment to safety
The last year has been incredibly tough for us all and we hope that you and your family and friends have managed to remain healthy and happy throughout but we know that won't be the case for everyone.
Waggy Trails Dorking has remained open throughout the pandemic, helping our customers and their dogs in whatever way we can. We have made every effort to ensure everyone's safety with a rigorous approach to hygiene and distancing, including:
- Wiping down surfaces and leads with anti-bacterial wipes
- Use of surgical gloves to hold leads on walks and when using key safes at collection and drop off
- Maintaining social distancing rules for collection and drop off when in person and always outside the home.
As the Lockdown finally starts to ease, we will maintain all necessary precautions in line with government advice and if anyone is worried, then please ensure you talk to us about your concerns and we will work to alleviate those concerns through our behaviours and practices, whether above and beyond the current advice or not.
